At NeuroFlow, we create safe, meaningful spaces where children and individuals grow through understanding, connection, and compassionate support — combining neuroscience, therapeutic wisdom, and equine-assisted experiences.

Elizabeth Goussard
This is where the person behind NeuroFlow lives.
Behind every assessment, conversation, workshop, and moment of growth is a deep belief: healing happens when people feel seen, understood, and supported as whole human beings.
I'm Elizabeth Goussard, an International Master's graduate in Clinical Neuropsychology and Neuroeducation, with a professional background in neuropsychology, therapeutic support, education, speaking, and human development.
For years, I have worked alongside children, families, and individuals navigating learning differences, emotional challenges, behavioural patterns, personal growth, and life transitions. My work has always been guided by one question:
What is happening beneath the surface?
Because behaviour tells a story. Emotions communicate needs. And healing begins when we stop asking "What is wrong?" and start asking "What happened?" and "What does this person need to thrive?"
But NeuroFlow was not created from theory alone.
It grew from personal experiences, from witnessing how often people feel misunderstood, rushed, labelled, or disconnected from themselves. I wanted to create something different, a space where neuroscience meets compassion, where evidence meets humanity, and where growth is not forced but supported.
My philosophy of healing is simple:
Healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about reconnecting with who you already are beneath stress, survival, expectations, and self-doubt.
Through a neuro-informed and person-centred approach, I believe healing and growth happen when we understand the brain, honour emotions, create safety, and build meaningful connections.
NeuroFlow exists to bridge science and real life.
My mission is to help people understand themselves and their children more deeply, support emotional wellbeing, unlock potential, and create pathways for lasting change through insight, education, and compassionate support.
This is more than a profession.
It is the work of helping people move forward with greater understanding, confidence, and connection.
Welcome to NeuroFlow.

Every behaviour communicates something. We prioritise relationships, trust, emotional safety, and understanding before intervention.
No child should be reduced to labels or expectations. We honour individual strengths, developmental pathways, personalities, and ways of learning.
Children grow in connection. Horses offer a powerful mirror for emotional awareness, regulation, boundaries, confidence, and authentic communication.
Our work combines evidence-informed neuropsychology and child development with warmth, compassion, and practical support.
Real learning happens through doing, feeling, exploring, and reflecting. We create opportunities for children to experience success, connection, and self-discovery.
Children thrive when they feel emotionally secure, seen, and supported.
We recognise horses as partners in growth and healing. Their sensitivity, presence, and non-verbal communication create opportunities for powerful insight and connection.
Supporting a child means supporting the environment around them. We work alongside parents and caregivers to create lasting change.
To help children and families move from confusion to understanding, from survival to connection, and from simply coping to truly flourishing.
